PAMP (Produits Artistiques Métaux Précieux — "artistic products in precious metals") was founded in 1977 in Swiss Ticino and from the start took a direction that set it apart from classic refineries: a bar can be not only metal, but also an object with considered design. The company belongs to the MKS PAMP group, holds LBMA Good Delivery accreditation, and its plant in Castel San Pietro refines gold, silver, platinum and palladium.

The brand name is its programme: it was PAMP that popularised decorated bullion bars, which had previously been the domain of plain, technical plates. Today the Fortuna design is recognised by dealers worldwide on a par with the largest coin series.

Fortuna, Rosa and commemorative editions

Fortuna — the Roman goddess of abundance with a cornucopia, a wheel of fortune and falling coins — is the flagship PAMP design and one of the first decorated bullion bars in history. Alongside it, Rosa (Lady Fortuna Rose) is a permanent part of the range, with a higher collector appeal.

PAMP is also known for commemorative editions available only in selected weights: at 2.5 g these include Lady of Liberty and Lucky Cat, and at 5 g — Diwali, Eid Mubarak, Buddha, Lucky Scarab and FIFA World Cup 2026, including pendant bars set ready to wear. The design does not change the metal content: every bar holds the declared mass of gold at 999.9 fineness.

Minted PAMP bars are supplied in a sealed CertiPAMP card, in which the certificate of authenticity forms an integral part of the packaging — it cannot be lost or swapped without breaking the whole. It is complemented by Veriscan, a digital authenticity verification technology that identifies a specific bar from the microscopic surface structure of the metal, as unique as a fingerprint.
